Our Story

Hi, I'm Briana, the founder of Lashelle.

Fashion has always been something I loved. As a little girl, I would sew clothes for my dolls, and as I got older, I started making clothes for myself. I dreamed of going to school for fashion design, but life took me down a different path. Over time, I stopped sewing and put my creativity aside.

A few years ago, everything changed when I gave my life to Jesus.

As I grew closer to Him, He began restoring parts of me that I had neglected for years. One of those things was my creativity. I started sewing again and creating more than I ever had before. What once felt like a forgotten dream suddenly had new life and purpose.

During this season, the Lord also began speaking to my heart about modesty. As I searched for clothing that aligned with my convictions, I realized there was a need for beautiful, stylish pieces that allowed women to dress modestly without sacrificing their sense of style. I began creating outfits for church, women's conferences, and other special occasions, and the more I created, the more I felt God leading me in a specific direction.

This brand was born from that calling.

I truly believe women should be able to feel beautiful, covered, and confident. Modesty should never mean feeling limited or unfashionable. My goal is to create clothing that helps women express their personal style while honoring their values and faith.

The name Lashelle is especially meaningful to me because it is my middle name, and it means "Who resembles God." That meaning perfectly reflects the heart behind this brand. My prayer is that everything we create encourages women to reflect Christ through both their faith and the way they carry themselves with confidence, grace, and purpose.

What started as a childhood love for fashion has become something much bigger than I ever imagined a way to use the gifts God gave me to serve and encourage other women.
