Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition as received.

This means:

  • Items must be unworn and unused

  • Items must be free from any signs of wear, including odors, stains, or damage

  • Items must be returned with all original tags attached

Items that do not meet these standards will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, all jewelry items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable processing time.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges due to limited inventory. If you need a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
